According to the sellers at eBay.com:

This is An invitation to a fund-raising event held on May 17, at which she was honored in an "Evening On Behalf Of The Shakespeare Society." The fold-out invitation includes a nice photo of Dame Judi, and includes the envelope and RSVP form (tickets as high as $10,000).

Obviously the person who scanned this invitation prematurely cropped it, but you can just imagine her other sleeve or return to the previous page for a look-see.
