While "DAD" attempts to break box office records this November, Judi Dench will be starring with Maggie Smith on the West End in David Hare's "The Breath of Life". It's typical of the extremes which have marked the Dame's career since landing the role of Bond-baiting M in 1995's "GoldenEye". The 68-year-old will be back on more familiar ground with the Evelyn Waugh adaptation "Bright Young Things" next year.
