The Royal Engineers help the rest of the army, to move, live and fight and basically provides military engineering support to the rest of the army. They practice the whole range of combat and military engineering from the construction of battlefield obstacles, combat bridging, demolitions, water supplies, road building and repair, construction of fieldworks and shelters, mine warfare and clearing, and many more tasks they can also carry out.
